- Vintage and antique items are one of a kind. Due to their unique nature, vintage quirks, irregularities and curated effort, all sales are final! New items can be returned for store credit or, if the item is unused and undamaged, a full refund will be issued
- We do our best to package all fragile or breakable items with extra padding and care. If an item slips through our high standards for packaging and arrives broken, please contact me at kim@redcattlemercantile.com and I will replace your item if possible or issue a full refund.

- We will not be able to refund shipping costs as it is directly paid to our providers
