Store Policies and Shipping

Our Policies are as follows:

Payments

All orders will ship once payment has been received and cleared through Shopify. Payment can be made via PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit or Debit card. The appropriate sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout.

Shipping

For in-stock items, standard packaging time is usually 5-7 business days. We ship to the United States and Canada — at this time we don't ship overseas.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout, determined by weight, shipping region + your desired shipping method:

United States

When selecting a First Class method, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 10 business days of the shipping date.

When selecting a Priority method, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days of the shipping date.

Canada

When selecting this method, you can typically expect your order to arrive within three weeks of the shipping date (please also note the packaging timeline above).

Lost Packages

Red Cattle Mercantile is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
