My horse, Missy was a Palomino. She was gentle and obedient. This little ceramic horse reminds me of her. When I set a tablescape, I like to add a small statue of something that we have around the ranch; a cow, horse, deer or a cowboy. It adds some visual interest and a conversation starter.
